| 摘 要： | 酶活性ＲＮＡ是一类具有携带遗传信息和催化作用双重功能的ＲＮＡ分子这一发现打破了“酶的本质是蛋白质”的传统观念。利用Ｒｉｂｏｚｙｍｅ所进行的基因干预和基因治疗展现出重要的实用价值。
