精索静脉曲张腹膜后结扎腹腔镜与开放手术治疗的临床对比

目的探讨腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎和开放手术腹膜后高位结扎两种方式治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效分析。方法回顾分析12例腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的病例和15例开放手术经腹膜后高位结扎治疗精索静脉曲张的病例。结果两组手术时间均在30⁴0 min,术后住院140 min,术后住院1³ d出院,无明显差异。开放组有1例术后5个月复发,经二次腹腔镜处理后治愈。结论单纯一侧或者首发的精索静脉曲张患者,行开放手术和腹腔镜手术临床无明显差异。但是对于二次复发或者双侧同时发病的病例,腹腔镜精索静脉治疗手术作为微创手术,可以作为患者的首选术式,安全可行,操作简单,是治疗此类患者的最佳方法。

Clinical Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Operation of Ligation of Internal Spermatic Vein

Objective To study the laparoscopic retroperitoneal spermatic vein high ligation and open surgery treatment of varicocele high ligation two ways the curative effect analysis. Methods retrospective analysis of 12 cases of laparoscopic treatment of varicocele and 15 cases of open surgery after peritoneal high cases of varicocele ligation treatment. Results Two groups of operation time in 30-40 minutes, and was discharged on hospital day 1-3, no obvious difference. Open group one postoperative relapse, five months after secondary laparoscopic treatment to cure. Conclusion Pure side or start of varicocele patients, line open surgery and laparoscopic surgery clinical has no obvious difference. But for the second recurrence or bilateral cases of the disease at the same time, the treatment of laparoscopic spermatic vein surgery as a minimally invasive surgery, can be used as the preferred surgical patients, safety, simple operation, is the best way to treat such patients.
