上海市普陀区1994～2003年食管癌发病动态分析

目的]探讨、分析上海市普陀区食管癌发病状况及趋势,为食管癌防治提供科学依据。方法]通过上海市肿瘤登记报告系统获取普陀区1994~2003年食管癌发病资料,统计分析其发病数、粗发病率、标化发病率等指标。结果]上海市普陀区1994~2003年食管癌新发病例1 038例,其中男708例,女330例,男女性发病比为1.78∶1。平均粗发病率为12.45/10万(标化率为5.90/10万),其中男性为16.75/10万(标化率为8.28/10万),女性为8.03/10万(标化率为3.45/10万)。男性食管癌的发病率明显高于女性。食管癌发病率随年龄增长明显升高。结论]1994~2003年上海市普陀区食管癌的发病率无明显升降趋势,男性发病率明显高于女性;中老年人是食管癌的高危人群,尤其是男性。

Dynamic analysis of esophageal cancer at Putuo district Shanghai 1994 - 2003

Objective] To analyze the incidence of esophageal cancer and its trends at Putuo district Shanghai from 1994 to 2003, and provide scientific information for its prevention and treatment. Methods ] The incidence data of esophageal cancer at Putuo district Shanghai from 1994 to 2003 came from Shanghai Cancer Registry System. It showed the number of incident cases, crude incidence rate and standardized incidence rate. Results] There were 1038 new cases of esophageal cancer at this district of Shanghai in 1994 - 2003. 708 of them were male patients and 330 of them were female patients. The average crude incidence rate, male and female rate was 12.45/105, 16.75/105 and 8.03/105 respectively. The incidence rates of male were obviously higher than those of female. The incidence rates of esophageal cancer increased with age. Conclusion] The incidence rates of esophageal cancer at this district of Shanghai from 1994 to 2003 showed no remarkable increase or decline. The incidence rates of the male were obviously higher than those of the female. Middle aged and old men are the high risk people of esophageal cancer.
