昆明市心理危机干预中心心理热线电话1年回顾

目的回顾昆明市心理危机研究与干预中心热线电话来电者的资料以及咨询内容,探讨心理热线在心理危机干预中的重要性。方法对本中心开通心理热线以来3392例热线电话来电者的资料以及咨询内容进行统计分析。结果来电者一般以19～40岁居多,咨询的主要问题集中在精神病咨询、情绪问题、恋爱婚姻问题、子女教育问题和性心理问题等几个方面,男女对家庭问题、子女教育问题和性问题的看法存在差异。结论心理咨询社会需求量大,涉及内容广,心理热线对心理危机干预有重要的作用。

One Year Retrospect of the Mental Health Hotline in the Mental Crisis Research and Prevention Center of Kunming City
