中药注射液联合化疗药物治疗卵巢癌的网状Meta分析

目的对中药注射液联合化疗药物治疗卵巢癌的效果和安全性进行系统评价。方法检索PubMed数据库、万方、维普、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库,并人工检索相关会议、专业杂志等,收集中药注射液联合化疗药物治疗卵巢癌的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为建库至2018年6月。以ADDIS 1.16.8软件进行网状Meta分析。结果最终纳入35个RCTs,包含2 546例患者。分析结果显示:(1)鸦胆子、艾迪、消癌平、复方苦参、康艾、参芪扶正6种注射液联合化疗能提高总有效率,且鸦胆子效果显著优于复方苦参、康艾、参芪扶正。华蟾素、参麦、消癌平、艾迪、复方苦参、康艾、参芪扶正7种注射液联合化疗能提高生活质量;艾迪、康艾、参麦、参芪扶正4种注射液联合化疗能缓解胃肠不良反应;艾迪、复方苦参、康艾、参麦、参芪扶正5种注射液联合化疗能减轻骨髓抑制;复方苦参联合化疗能保护肝肾功能,以上结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)最佳概率排序,(1)提高总有效率:鸦胆子>消癌平>参芪扶正>艾迪>康艾>复方苦参;(2)改善患者生活质量:华蟾素>参麦>消癌平>艾迪>复方苦参>康艾>参芪扶正;(3)缓解胃肠道反应:参芪扶正>参麦>康艾>艾迪。(4)减轻骨髓抑制:复方苦参>参芪扶正>康艾>参麦>艾迪。结论提高总有效率以鸦胆子效果最佳;改善生活质量首推华蟾素;缓解胃肠反应优先选择参芪扶正;而减轻骨髓抑制、保护肝肾功能复方苦参效果最好。

Chinese Medicine Injection Combined with Chemotherapy Drugs in Treatment of Ovarian Cancer:A Network Meta-analysis

Objective To evaluate the attenuated synergistic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine injectioncombined with chemotherapy drugs in treating ovarian cancer. Methods We searched the PubMed database,Wanfang,VIP,CNKI,CBMdisc databases and manually retrieved journals and conferences,collected randomizedcontrolled trial(RCT) of Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy drugs in treating ovarian cancer,up to June 2018 since database establishment. The network meta-analysis was conducted using ADDIS 1.16.8software. Results Thirty-five RCTs with 2 546 patients were included in the study. The results show that:(1) Sixkinds of injections(Brucea javanica oil, Aidi, Xiaoaiping, Compound Kushen, Kang’ ai, Shenqi Fuzheng)combined with chemotherapy can improve the total efficiency and Brucea javanica oil is better than CompoundKushen,Kang’ai,Shenqi Fuzheng. Seven kinds of injections including Huachansu,Shenmai,Xiaoaiping,Aidi,Compound Kushen,Kang’ai,Shenqi Fuzheng combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life. Fourkinds of injections including Aidi,Kang’ai,Shenmai,Shenqi Fuzheng combined with chemotherapy can alleviategastrointestinal reaction. Five kinds of injections including Aidi,Compound Kushen,Kang’ai,Shenmai,ShenqiFuzheng combined with chemotherapy can reduce bone marrow suppression. Compound Kushen combined withchemotherapy can protect the liver and kidney function. The differences were statistically significant.(2) Theprobability sorting are as follows:(1) The total efficiency: Brucea javanica oil>Xiaoaiping>Shenqi Fuzheng>Aidi>Kang’ai>Compound Kushen.(2) The quality of life: Huachansu>Shenmai>Xiaoaiping>Aidi>CompoundKushen>Kang’ai>Shenqi Fuzheng.(3) Alleviating gastrointestinal reaction:Shenqi Fuzheng>Shenmai>Kang’ai>Aidi.(4)Reducing bone marrow suppression:Compound Kushen>Shenmai>Kang’ai>Shenmai>Aidi. Conclusion Brucea javanica oil is the best in improving the total efficiency;Huachansu is the best in improving the quality oflife;Shenqi Fuzheng is priority selection for alleviating gastrointestinal reaction;and Compound Kushen is the bestin reducing bone marrow suppression,protecting the liver and kidney function.
