| Abstract: | The Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) was administered to 120 subjects in the standardized 128-card format. The standard scoring measures of the traditional administration were compared to those obtained using only the first 64 cards. Rank ordered correlations for all of the measures were significant. T-test comparisons revealed no differences on the measures between the test versions. These results provide preliminary support for an abbreviated administration of the WCST. Suggestions regarding further research are discussed. |
