石见穿药材质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立石见穿药材的质量标准。方法采用经验、显微鉴别法对石见穿性状、显微特征进行描述;照《中国药典》2015年版通则薄层色谱法对石见穿进行薄层色谱鉴别;照《中国药典》2015年版通则方法,测定样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物;采用HPLC法测定药材中迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B的含量。结果性状及鉴别方法专属性好,10批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B含量的平均值分别为10.3%、7.4%、0.6%、20.8%、0.38%和0.21%。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,专属性强,可应用于石见穿药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish quality standards of Salvia chinensis herba. Methods Empirical and microscopic identification methods were adopted to observe morphological and microscopic characteristics. TLC identification and the contents of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and extractive were carried out according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition). Contents of rosmatinic acid and salvianolic B were analyzed respectively by HPLC methods. Results The established macroscopic identification, microscopic features and TLC method were proper. The average contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,water-soluble extractive and to the content of rosmatinic acid and salvianolic B were 10.3%,7.4%,0.6%,20.8%,0.38% and 0.21%,respectively. Conclusion The quality standards established based on the current research were suitable for the quality evaluation of Salvia chinensis herba.
