季德胜蛇药片在鱼蟹刺伤致局部皮肤反应治疗中的临床应用

目的：探讨季德胜蛇药片在鱼蟹刺伤致局部皮肤反应治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年5月至2019年10月门诊收治的70例鱼蟹刺伤患者,均为轻型局部皮肤肿痛反应,随机分为观察组(n=35)和常规组(n=35),观察组局部给予季德胜蛇药片外用,每日2次,连用7d；常规组给予氧氟沙星乳膏和复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏外用,每日2次,连用7d。观察2组干预前后局部皮肤肿胀范围、视觉模拟评分法评估(VAS)疼痛程度变化情况,对比2组局部皮肤肿胀消退时间、疼痛消退时间和伤口愈合时间。结果：2组均经外用药物治愈,无外科手术干预病例。干预7d后,观察组局部皮肤肿胀面积和VAS疼痛评分显著低于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组肿胀消退时间和疼痛消退时间均显著短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。然而,2组伤口愈合时间差异未见统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：季德胜蛇药片外用可以加快鱼蟹刺伤致局部皮肤反应的消退,明显改善肿胀和疼痛症状。

Clinical application of Jidesheng Sheyao tables in the treatment of local skin reaction caused by fish and crab stab injury.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jidesheng Sheyao tables on local skin reaction caused by fish and crab stab injury. Methods: A series of 70 cases of fish and crab stab wounds admitted to the outpatient department from May 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 35) and conventional group (n = 35). The observation group was given external use of Jidesheng snake medicine twice a day for 7 days; the conventional group was given external use of ofloxacin cream and compound dexamethasone acetate cream Twice a day for 7 days. Before and after the intervention, the extent of local skin swelling and the change of pain degree of Visual Analogy Score (VAS) were observed. The regression time of local skin swelling, pain and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results: All the patients in the two groups were cured by external medicine, and no surgical intervention was found. After 7 days of intervention, the area of local skin swelling and VAS pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05). The regression time of local skin swelling and pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Te external application of Jidesheng Sheyao tables can accelerate the regression of local skin reaction caused by fish and crab stab injury, and obviously improve the symptoms of swelling and pain..
