| 摘 要： | 接种乙型肝炎疫苗是预防和控制乙型肝炎最有效手段,对不同人群接种重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗的免疫效果不完全相同。酵母乙型肝炎疫苗的免疫效果受到接种剂量和受种者的年龄影响,剂量越大,产生效果有提高的趋势;受种者年龄越大,产生保护性效果越差。对于乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性母亲的新生儿采用加大剂量乙型肝炎疫苗并联合乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白,效果较好。

| Abstract: | Inoculating hepatitis B vaccine is the best means to control and prevent the Hepatitis B .There is no same immune efficacy in different population receiving inoculation of recombinant yeast-derived hepatitis B Vaccine.of which the immune efficay varies according to the inoculation dosage and the age of receptor.The higher dosage,the more well efficacy,the older of age,the worse of protective effect. Increased dosage of hepatitis B vaccine combined with hepatitis B immunoglobulin will achieve better efficacy in newborns from hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positive mothers. |
