丹红注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性期的临床疗效

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性期的临床疗效。方法肺心病急性发作患者64例分为治疗组和对照组各32例,两组均予常规对症治疗（包括吸氧、抗炎、解痉、痰、强心、利尿、扩血管等）,治疗组在上述基础上加用丹红注射液30ml＋5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程14d。结果治疗组临床疗效的总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组血液流变学各项指标明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论丹红注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性发作临床疗效及安全性好,能有效降低慢性肺心病患者的液黏稠度,降低肺循环阻力,从而改善心肺功能。

clinical efficacy of Dan Hong injection in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease acute phase

Objective To explore the of clinical efficacy Danhong Injection to cure chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute phase. Methods Pulmonary Heart Disease 64 patients were divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group 32 cases,the two groups were given correspondingly conventional symptomatic treatment （ including oxygen,anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic,sputum,strong heart,diuretic,vasodilator, etc. ） ,the treatment group was added based on the above Danhong injection 30 ml ＋ 5% glucose infusion 250 ml,1 / d,treatment 14 d. Results The clinical total effective rate was better than the control group （ P〈0. 05） ; the treatment group significantly improved blood rheology indicators （ P〈0. 01） . Conclusion Injection Danhong acute treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease of clinical efficacy and safety is good,can effectively reduce the chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with fluid viscosity and reduce pulmonary vascular resistance,thereby improving the cardiovascular system.
