摘    要:目的:探讨医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性变迁特点。方法:标本采用常规方法分离培养,ATB微生物鉴定仪进行病原菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果:病原菌构成比中,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占20.0%、肺炎克雷伯菌占14.6%、大肠埃希菌占11.8%、白色念珠菌占8.5%、金黄色葡萄球菌占8.0%;对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌最敏感的药物分别为万古霉素和亚胺培南。结论:医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和其它真菌呈上升趋势。病原菌对常用抗菌药物有较高的耐药性。

Abstract:Objection:To observe the features of the distribution of the hospital infection pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance change.[WTHZ]Methods:The samples were cultured with the routine method of separation.The pathogenic bacteria assay and drug tolerant test were conducted with ATB microorganism assay apparatus.Results:The coagulase negative Staphylococcus accounted for 20.0%,Klebsiella pheumoniae for 14.6%,Escherichia coli for 11.8%,Candida albicans for 8.5% and Micrococcus aureus for 8.0%.The drugs,which were sensitive to gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria,were vancomycin and biapenen.Conclusion:The gram-negative bacteria are the main hospital infection pathogenic bacteria.Coagulase negative Staphylococcus,Candida albicans and other fungi are tending to rise.The pathogenic bacteria have a higher drug resistance to the commonly used antibiotics.
