劳务工常见病——慢性宫颈炎3种治疗方案的成本-效果分析

目的:比较3种方案治疗中、重度慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效与药物经济学成本。方法:我院门诊劳务工慢性宫颈炎患者170例,随机分成A、B、C组,分别给予聚甲酚磺醛浓缩液、聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓、激光治疗4wk,应用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:A、B、C组中、重度患者的总有效率分别为97.22%、82.86%、100.00%和94.74%、71.43%、96.15%,成本-效果比分别为258.20、106.18、377.50和264.96、123.17、392.62;A、C组相对B组中、重度患者的增量成本-效果比分别为1135.38、1689.15和699.44、1171.20。结论:聚甲酚磺醛浓缩液是3种治疗中、重度慢性宫颈炎的较佳方案。

Cost - Effectiveness Analysis of Three Therapeutic Schemes for Chronic Cervicitis

OBJECTIVE:To compare the curative effects and pharmacoeconomic costs of three therapeutic schemes in treatment of moderate and severe chronic cervicitis.METHODS:170 chronic cervicitis patients,who worked in our hospital as labour workers,were randomized into the groups of A,B and C,to be treated for 4wk respectively with Albothyl concentration liquid,Albothyl vaginal suppository and laser therapy.A cost-effectiveness analysis in pharmacoeconomics was conducted.RE-SULTS:The curative effects on moderate and severe chronic cervicitis patients in groups A,B and C were respectively 97.22%,82.86%,100.00% and 94.74%,71.43%,96.15%.The cost-effectiveness ratios were respectively 258.20,106.18,377.50 and 264.96,123.17,392.62.Compared to group B,groups A and C had respective added cost-effectiveness ratios of 1 135.38,1 689.15 and 699.44,1 171.20.CONCLUSIONS:Among the three therapeutic schemes,Albothyl concentration liquid is a better solution for treatment of moderate and severe chronic cervicitis
