糖尿病肾病的尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白的检验结果分析

目的：探讨尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义。方法：选择2012年我院135例糖尿病患者作为观察组，并选取同期100例健康体检者作为对照组，检测两组患者尿蛋白和mAlb,并进行对比分析。结果：观察组尿蛋白和mAlb阳性率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组尿蛋白阳性者和尿蛋白阴性者mAlb含量和阳性率差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05），与对照组相比，差异亦均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白的检验对糖尿病肾病患者早期诊断具有重要意义。

Analysis of Urine Protein and Urine Microalbumin Tests Results in Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective： To study the value of urine protein and urine microalbumin （mAlb） test in early diagnosis of diabetic ne- phropathy. Methods： 135 cases with diabetics and 100 healthy cases in our hospital in 2012 were chosen as observation group and control group, respectively. Urine protein and mAlb of them were tested, analyzed and compared. Results： The masccline rates of u- rine protein and mAlb in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The contents and masc- dine rates of cases with urine protein masccline and urine protein negative in observation group had statistically significant differences between each other and also had statistically significant differences compared to those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Urine protein and mAlb tests have-significant value to early diagnose of diabetic nephropathy.
