不稳定胸腰椎骨折的后路内固定手术治疗

目的探讨不稳定胸腰椎骨折后路钉棒内固定手术的临床效果。方法经后人路对不稳定型胸腰椎骨折患者行撑开复位、椎弓根钉棒内固定手术，部分病例增加椎管减斥、经机弓根植骨。比较神经功能恢复及骨折复位愈合情况进行疗效评估。结果12例脊髓神经损伤神经功能恢复按Frankel分级评分法：A级3例，B级1例，C级1例，D级5例，E级2例。结论对不稳定胸腰椎骨折采川经后路行撑开复位、椎弓根钉棒内固定手术，临床效果较好。

Posterior instrumentation operations for the management of unstable thoraeolumbar fractures

Objective 310 evaluate the clinical effects of pedicle screw fixation in the treatmenl of unstable thoracolumbar fracture. Methods Patients with thoracolumbar fracture were treated with posterior reduction and pedicle screw fixation,and some patients were giver, spinal canal decompres- sion and bone grafting steps. The nerve function recovery and fracture reduction were observed to c- valuate the clinical effect. Results According to the Frankel classification, the nerve function recnv- ery of 12 patients suffered form nerve injuries was as follows：3 cases of class A,1 case of class B1 case of class C,5 cases of class D,2 cases of class E. Conclusion The curative effect of posterior reduction decompression bone grafting and pedicle screw fixation for the unstable thoracolumbar frac- tures is satisfying.
