| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗呃逆的临床疗效.方法：将32例患者随机分为两组,治疗组16例,在辨证基础上给予加味芍药甘草汤;对照组16例,以西医常规治疗.结果：总有效率治疗组为93.7%,对照组为62.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：加味芍药甘草汤治疗呃逆有确切的疗效.

| Abstract: | objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of hiccup. Methods： 32 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group given Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao decoction based on syn- drome differentiation; were treated with conventional Western treatment. Result： The total of the treatment group was 93.7% and the rate in the control group was 62.5%, to compare the effect of the two groups, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclu- sion： The effect of Jiawei Shaoyao Ganeao decoction is exact. |
