| 摘 要： | 目的对比后路椎间盘镜（MED）与微创小切口治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术疗效。方法采川MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症56例，微创小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症58例，将两者的手术疗效进行统计学分析。结果采用NAKAI评定标准，两组优良率比较差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。结论MED与常规手术组治疗腰椎间盘突出症状疗效相当，各有优缺点，两者可根据具体情况选用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy（MED） and minilnally invaslve discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 56 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by MED,other 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by minimally invasive discectomy. The operative results of the two groups were ana- lyzed. Results According to the standard of NAKAI,Ihere was no signifieant difference in the excellent and good rate between the two groups （p〉0.05）. Conclusion MED and minimally in- vasive discectomy had similar clinical effect in treatment of lumbar disc helaaiation, each method has advantages and shortages,the treatment could be chosen based on the specific clinical situa- lions. |
