| 摘 要： | 目的：了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊人员梅毒的阳性率.方法：所有标本用酶联免疫法进行梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学试验,用TRUST法进行非梅毒螺旋体血清学试验,TRUST阳性者用倍比稀释法测其滴度.结果：艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊人员的梅毒螺旋体阳性率为8.42%.结论：要重点加强对高危性行为人员的梅毒检测及宣传教育,有效控制梅毒的扩散.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the positive rate of syphilis in VCT clinic. Methocls All specimens using the method of ELISA serologic test for syphilis, using the method of TRUST serologic test for nonsyphilis. Survey the titre by double dilution mothods about TRUST - positive. Results The positive rate of syphilis in VCT clinic were 8.42%. Conclusion To reach good control with the transmission of syphilis, take special attention to syphilis test and publicity is necessory. |
