旋转拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效与颈椎x线的logistic回归分析研究

目的研究影响旋转拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病（CSR）疗效的X线片因素。方法经1个疗程的旋转拔伸法治疗后，采用疗效积分法对结果进行评估，以临床疗效为因变量，治疗前颈椎X线片的椎体角、颈椎曲度、椎体水平位移、患侧椎问孔横径和纵径为白变量进行Logistic回归分析。结果颈椎曲度优势比OR=6．71〉1，P=-0．02〈0．05，回归系数为1．90〉0，椎问孔横径优势比OR=12．97〉1，P=0．03〈0．05，回归系数为2．56〉0，而椎体角、椎体水平位移和患侧椎间孔纵径与疗效无显著相关性（P〉0．05）。结论颈椎曲度和患侧椎间孔横径是影响旋转拔伸法临床疗效的重要因素，且二者均与疗效呈正相关，，

Logistic regression analysis of the relationship of the clinical effect of rotation manipulation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and spine X-ray

Objective To study the effects of rotation manipulation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy （CSR） and its X-ray factors. Methods The patients received a course of rotation ma- nipulation therapy,effective integration was used to assess the results.Then,the Logistic regression analysis was conducted with clinical efficacy as the dependent variable,while X-ray factors such as cervical vertebral angle,curvature,horizontal displacement,transverse and longitudinal diameter of fora- men as independent variables. Results Cervical curvature odds ratio OR=6.71〉l,P=0.02〈0.05, re- gression coefficient was 1.90〉0,intervertebral foramen transverse diameter OR=12.97〉l,P--0.03〈0.05, regression coefficient was 2.56〉0,while the vertebral angle, horizontal displacement and the verte- bral foramen longitudinal diameter had no significant correlation with the clinical effect （P〉O.05）. Conclusion Cervical curvature and foramen transverse diameter are the important factors that influ- enced the clinical effect,and both of them are positively correlated with the elinical effect.
