| 摘 要： | 目的：筛选荭草花中的抗肿瘤活性部位.方法：采用MTT法观察荭草花的各提取部位对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞、人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞株生长的影响.结果：荭草花的乙酸乙酯部位及正丁醇部位对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞的抑制率约分别为60%及40%;对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞均约为60%,并具有明显的量效关系.结论：荭草花对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞及人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞的增值具有一定的抑制作用,是一类具有开发前景的抗肿瘤中药.

| Abstract: | Objective To select the antitumor activity of the flowers of Polygonum orientale L.. Method Observing the influence of different extracts from the flowers of Polygonum orienta]e L. on growth of cancer cells HeLa and SMMC -7721 strains by methyl thia- zolyl etrazolium （MTT） methods. Result For HeLa cell the inhibition rate of acetic ether part was about 60% , and n - butyl alcohol was about 40% . For SMMC - 7721 cell both of them the inhibition rates were approximately about 60%. Conclusion The flowers of Polygonum orientale L. had inhibitory effect with cell HeLa and SMMC -7721, and it can be a kind of great prospects for the develop- ment of Chinese medicine. |
