呼吸训练对治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床价值

目的观察呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的血气分析、肺功能、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及COPD评估测试(CAT评分)的影响。方法对符合COPD稳定期诊断标准的患者60例,随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组进行常规药物治疗配合呼吸操训练,对照组仅予常规药物治疗。两组于治疗前和治疗9个月后分别进行血气分析、肺功能、6MWD和CAT评分对比。结果治疗前两组各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者呼吸训练前与呼吸训练9个月后的6 min步行距离(6MWD)、慢性阻塞性肺病评估测试(CAT)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血压分氧(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC%)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸训练对缓解期COPD患者动脉血气分析、肺功能、运动能力及生存质量等均有重要影响。

The clinical value of breath training on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during stable phase

Objective To observe breath training to influence chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） during stable phase patients with blood gas analysis,lung function and 6 min walk distance（6 MWD） and COPD evaluation test（CAT score）.Methods According with the diagnostic criteria of COPD stable phase,60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases.The treatment group for regular medication cooperate breath training,the control group grant only conventional treatments for months.Results There was no significant difference in each data between the two groups before training（P0.05）.The differences had statistical significance between the treatment group patients breathing training before and after breathing training nine months of PaCO2,PaO2,SaO2,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,6 MWD,CAT score（P0.05）.The differences had statistical significance between the treatment group and control group after treatment too（P0.05）.Conclusion The breathing training can improve arterial blood gas,pulmonary function,sports ability and the quality of life in COPD patients during stable phase.
