中药960合剂配合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗晚期肝癌

目的 :研究中药 96 0合剂内服配合肝动脉栓塞化疗 (TACE)治疗晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法 :不宜手术的原发性肝癌患者 95例 ,随机分成 A组 (47例 ) :常规 TACE加中药 96 0合剂 ,介入前 7d开始服药。B组 (48例 ) :单纯 TACE。结果 :1A组肝区疼痛 ,乏力 ,食欲不振 ,腹胀 ,腹水等临床症状明显改善 ,体重增加 ,Karnofsky积分等生活质量指数显著优于 B组。 2 A组无明显肝功能急性损伤 ,部分病例肝功能较前改善 ,血清肝纤维化指标均有所降低。B组部分病例肝功能恶化 ,血清肝纤维化指标无改善。 3A组完全缓解 (CR) 5例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 2 0例 ,无变化 (NC) 16例 ,进展 (PD) 6例 ,有效率 87.2 3% ;B组分别为 3例、18例、18例、9例、81.2 5 %。两组比较差异无显著性意义。 4 A组 1、2、3年生存率 (6 1.4 %、31.5 %和 17.7% )显著优于 B组 (32 .6 %、2 3.5 %和 8.9% )。结论 :TACE配合应用 96 0合剂 ,患者临床症状改善 ,生存质量提高 ,生存期延长 ,提高了介入治疗效果 ,对晚期肝癌特别是伴有肝纤维化者尤为适宜。

Herbal Medication 960 Mixture Combined with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization for Advanced Liver Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of herbal medication 960 mixture combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. Methods: Ninety-five cases of un-resectable advanced liver cancer were divided into two groups: group A as the treatment group (n=47) and group B as the control (n=48). The patients in the group A were treated with herbal medication 960 mixture combined with TACE, while those in the group B with TACE alone.Results:All clinical symptoms relieved and no adverse effect appeared, and the quality of life(QOL)improved more significantly in the group A than in the group B.Serum CA,HA,LN, PCIII and IV-C were decreased and liver functions were improved in the group A, but there was no improvement of these indexes in the group B.In the group A, 5 cases reached complete remission (CR),20 cases partial remission (PR),16 none change (NC) and 6 progress development (PD),and the efficacy and stability rate (CR PR NC) was 87.23 %; In the group B,3 reached CR,18 PR,18 NC and 9 PD, the efficacy and stability rate was 81.25%. There was no remarkable difference between the two groups. One-, 2- and 3-year survival rate were 61.4 %, 31.5 % and 17.7 % respectively in the group A, but 32.6 %, 23.5 % and 8.9 % in the group B with the difference being significant.Conclusion: Herbal medication 960 mixture combined with TACE could improve liver function and prevent hepatic fibrosis. 960 improved the efficacy of TACE. This method was suitable for the cases with liver dysfunction.
