肺结核X线诊断分类探讨

目的:明确肺结核X线分类中两型合并的分类。方法:收集临床、肺结核细菌学和常规胸片确诊的肺结核500例,进行X线分类探讨。结果:X线分类,原发型107例,合并胸膜炎6例;血行播散型70例,合并胸膜炎22例;继发型306例,合并胸膜炎74例;结核性胸膜炎17例。I型～III型肺结核合并胸膜炎102例,占总病例数的20.4%。结论:依据病因发病机理,中国结核病分类法,按原发型肺结核合并结核性胸膜炎,血行播散型肺结核合并结核性胸膜炎,继发型肺结核合并结核性胸膜炎,进行X线分型。

The Researches on X-ray Classification of Pulmonnary Tuberculosis

Objective To make clear the classification two types of pulmonary tuberculosis on radiography. Methods 500cases with.pulmonary tuberculosis comfirmed by clinical examination,tuberculosis bacteriology and ordinary chest films were presented in order to discuss the X-ray classifications. Results The X-ray classifications were as follows：There were 107 case of the primary TB with plearisy in 6 cases ,70 cases of the blood diffusive TB with pleuisy in 22 cases 306 cases of the secondary TB with pleurisy in 74 cases and the tuberculostic pleurisy in 17 cases .There were total 102 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis of Ⅰ-Ⅲ types cpmbined with pleurisy in 148 cases （20.4%）. Conclusion According to the causes and mechanism of the diseases as well China TB. Classification, in the X-ray diagnosis there are three types of the plumonary tuberculosis combined with pleurisy ,that are the primary TB ,blood diffiusion TB and the secondary TB.
