住院肺结核患者心理健康与社会支持的相关性

目的探讨住院肺结核患者心理健康状况与社会支持的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表、领悟支持量表对北京市某结核病研究所接受治疗且已确诊的158例肺结核患者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果本组患者的心理健康状况较差;肺结核患者社会支持程度低,症状自评量表总分与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.20,P0.05),除精神症状外,症状自评量表各因子分与家庭外支持呈负相关(P0.01或P0.05)。结论社会支持与住院肺结核患者的心理症状密切相关,进行躯体治疗的同时,应充分评估和利用患者的社会支持,促进其心身康复。

Study of the correlation between mental health and social support in hospitalized patients with tuberculosis

Objective To explore the correlation between mental health and social support in hospitalized patients with tuberculosis. Methods A total of 158 hospitalized patients with tuberculosis were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL -90 ） and Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）. Results The involved patients were in poor mental health and lower social support. The total score of SCL - 90 was negatively correlated with the social support （ r = - 0.20, P 〈0.05）. Except the factor of psychiatric symptoms, other factors of SCL -90 were negatively related with the support outside the family （P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Social support is closely related to the mental health of patients with tuberculosis. Nursing staff should attach more importance to patient＇s social supports and make full use of them to improve the mental health of the patients.
