茶多酚对慢性酒精摄入所致大鼠睾丸组织损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察茶多酚(TP)对慢性酒精摄入所致大鼠睾丸组织损害的保护作用,为优生优育提供一定的理论基础。方法选用32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为四组,检测大鼠精液中精子密度,精子活动力和精子畸形率;同时检测睾丸组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)和活性氧(ROS)的含量。结果与酒精组比较,TP+酒精组精子密度增多,精子活动力增强,精子畸形率降低;大鼠睾丸组织ROS,MDA水平明显较低(P〈0.05),而SOD,GSP-px活性显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论长期慢性酒精摄入对睾丸功能具有氧化损害作用,TP可以作为一种预防性的抗氧化剂减轻这种氧化作用,其机制与清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。

Protective effects of Tea Polyphenol on chronic alcohol intake damage of rat testes

Abstract:Objective To study protective effects of the tea polyphenol (TP) against chronic alcohol intake damage of rat testes, provide some theoretical basis for the prepotency. Methods The 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups. Detected semen density, motility and abnormality rate of the rat sperm. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px) ,the contents of reactive oxygen specied(ROS) and malon-dialdehyde(MDA) in the testicular tissue of rats were also detected. Results Compared with ethanol group, the contents of ROS and MDA were significantly decreased, the activities of GSH- px and SOD were increased in the testes of TP group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion TP can protect against ethanolindused damage of rat testes. It is a preventive antioxidant which may perform its functions by free radicals elimination and lipid-peroxidation hibition.
