| 摘 要： | 目的 评价小切口白内障摘出手术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的临床效果.方法 对31例(52眼)青光眼合并白内障在表面麻醉下行小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入手术,并观察术后情况.结果 所有患眼术后视力均提高,≤0.1者2眼,0.2～0.3者8眼,0.4～0.8者28眼,≥1.0者14眼.随访期间,51眼眼压在正常范围内,1眼眼压增高,滴用0.25％噻吗洛尔滴眼液眼压控制在正常范围.随访期间视野无进行性损害.结论 白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入手术治疗急性闭角型青光眼安全有效.
