| 摘 要： | 目的 分析并探讨同种异体巩膜移植在外眼整复术中应用的临床效果.方法 对35例(35眼)应用同种异体巩膜分别行替代睑板重建眼睑、羟基磷灰石义眼台植入及早期暴露修复、上睑下垂的矫正、轻度眼球萎缩等术式,并观察其效果.结果 35例均未发生排斥反应,功能恢复良好,外观改善.结论 异体巩膜取材简单,保存方便,移植效果好,在外眼整复术中应用广泛.
