| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨泪道再通管治疗慢性泪囊炎及鼻泪管阻塞的疗效.方法 对慢性泪囊炎及鼻泪管阻塞进行泪道再通管逆行植入术,保留3～6个月后拔管.结果 52例(55眼)中,治愈42眼,有效10眼,无效3眼,有效率为94.55％.结论 泪道再通管治疗慢性泪囊炎及鼻泪管阻塞疗效好,且局部无瘢痕,手术时间短,并发症少.
