| 摘 要： | 本文以作者临床实践为基础,对目前临床应用较有实用价值的免疫检查、LE细胞、ANA(抗核抗体)、anti-ds DNAab、anti Smab、LBT(皮肤免疫荧光带试验)等的临床意义进行评价,并结合文献复习,对免疫复合物、补体、细胞免疫异常等检测的临床意义作了初步讨论。强调了ANA检查的高敏感性及抗ds DNA抗体、抗Sm抗体、非暴光“正常”皮肤LBT检查对本病早期诊断的高特异性。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the author's clinical experiences, this paper cvaluated the clinical significance of the immunodiagnosis (LEC, ANA, anti-ds DNAab, anti Smab, LBT), which were of great value in the clinical applications and discugssed the clinical significance of the determination of serum immune complex, complement C3 and abnormal cellular immunity. Author emphasized the high sensitivity of the ANA test and recommended as an unified method for screening diagnosis of SLE. Besides, the clinical significance of diagnosis of SLE in early stage by anti-ds DNAab, anti Sm ab, LBT test was also emphasized. |
