小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的可行性,对临床疗效进行分析。方法:对368例小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后并发症,视力及安全性等进行研究。结果:小切口手术对眼球组织损伤小,炎症反应轻,术后视力恢复快,散光小,时间短,费用低,眼压控制好。结论:小切口手术与常规大切口手术相比有显著效果,可获得与超声乳化手术相近的效果,简单易行,投资小,费用低,安全可靠,效果理想,适宜在中小地区医院开展。

Abstract:AIM:To study the feasibility of non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation for senile cataract and to evaluate the clinical effects.METHODS:A total of 368 patients with senile cataract were studied who had undergone non-phacoenulsification small incision cataract extraction with IOL implantation to evaluate the postoperative complications,visual acuity and safety.RESULTS:Small incision operation did little harm to eyeball after operation,with little inflammation reaction,quick recovery of vision,little astigmatism,short operation period,low cost and good control of intraocular pressure.CONCLUSION:The small incision operation can get similar effects with regular large incision operation.It is simple,cost effective,safe and with good curative effect,and is suitable to be introduced in grassroots hospitals.
