P63和PTEN蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨P63和PTEN蛋白在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测68例NPC、25例癌旁黏膜和20例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中P63和PTEN蛋白表达,并分析其与临床分期、病理组织类型和转移的关系。结果在NPC中,P63和PTEN蛋白阳性表达率分别为88%(60/68)和52%(35/68)。P63蛋白表达与NPC临床分期和组织学分型相关(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白表达与NPC临床分期、组织学分型和颈部淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论p63和PTEN基因表达与细胞恶性增殖密切相关,检测其表达对研究NPC的发生发展和判断患者预后是一个较可靠的重要标志物。

Clinical significance of the expression of P63 and PTEN in nasopharygeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of P63 and PTEN protein in nasopharygeal carcinoma(NPC) and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of P63 and PTEN protein in 68 cases of NPC,25 cases of nearby mucosa of the carcinoma and 20 cases of chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal mucosa.The relationship between the gene expression and clinicopathological features,metastasis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of P63 and PTEN in NPC was 88%(60/68) and 52%(35/68),respectively.The expression of P63 was positively correlated with the clinicopathological features in NPC(P<0.05).The expression of PTEN was positively correlated with the clinicopathological features,tissue types and neck lymph node metastasis in NPC(P<0.05).Conclusion p63 and PTEN gene was found to be closely associated with cell malignant hyperplasia.These 2 proteins are important indicators to predict the progression and to evaluate prognosis of patients.
