| 摘 要： | 目的:观察无创性鼻(面)罩BiPAP通气治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:51例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组26例,对照组25例,均常规吸氧、解痉、平喘,应用激素、抗感染等治疗,治疗组同时予鼻(面)罩BiPAP通气治疗,观察两组治疗前后患者临床征象、动脉血气分析等指标的变化。结果:经BiPAP治疗后,治疗组各参数(pH除外)与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0·05),临床症状也明显改善。结论:对哮喘患者包括重症哮喘应用无创性BiPAP鼻(面)罩通气治疗是安全而有效的,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of non-invasion bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation in treating asthma.Methods:51 asthma patients were randomly assigned to control group(n=25) and treatment group(n=26).The control group were treated with antibiotics?bronchodilators?corticosteroids and continuous oxygen.The treatment group were treated with BiPAP ventilation via facial/nasal mask in addition to the above routine treatment.The arterial blood gas were measured and the changes of clinical symptoms were recorded in both group before and after treatment.Results:After BiPAP ventilation,the clinical symptoms of patients in the treatment group were improved greatly.There was significant difference in arterial blood gas with the exception of pH between two group(P<0.05).Conclusion:BiPAP is a safe and effective assistant measure for asthma. |
