摘    要:目的:观察微量元素锌、硼、钡、锰与氟共同作用时对脱挺鼠龋病形成过程的影响。方法:将102只实验小鼠分成7组 其中有6组为脱涎鼠,在其饮水中分别加入锌、硼、钡、锰及氟元索.3个月后观察小鼠龋病发生情况井与对照组比较一结果:加氟元素组与对照组相比.患龋率明显下降,而既加氟又分别加锌、硼、钡、锰4种微量元素组,与只加氟元索的对照组比较其患龋率明显升高.、结论:一定浓度氟具有明显抑龋作用,过量的锌、硼、钡、锰对氟的抑龋作用有拈抗.增加峨病的发生率。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Zinc,Boron,Barium,Manganese and Fluorine on dental caries development in desalivated mice. Methods: 120 mice were divided into 7 groups,6 groups were desalivated mice.They were fed with different concentration Fluorine and Zinc,Boron, Barium,Manganese respectively.The jaws were removed and examined 3 months later. Results: The dental caries scores were lower in the F- group than in the control group. However,the groups with Zinc,Boron,Barium,Manganese were higher than the Fluorine group. Conclusion: Fluorine can reduce the cariogenic effects in desalivated mice, but Zinc,Boron,Barium,Manganese have the antagonism to Fluorine.
