摘    要:目的:研究无花果多糖(FCPS)对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用荷瘤的方法建立免疫抑制小鼠动物模型,利用巨噬细胞吞噬中性红、MTT方法及淋巴细胞转化实验,迟发型超敏反应,检测无花果多糖对荷瘤小鼠反应的影响。结果:无花果多糖可提高荷瘤小鼠吞噬细胞的功能,增加抗体形成细胞数,促进淋巴细胞的转化。结论:无花果多糖具有免疫增强功能。

Abstract:Objective:To observe effects of polysaccharide of Ficus carica on immunologic function of tumor-loading mice. Methods:The model of tumor-bearing mice was established with S 180 . FCPS was administrated by oral route.The method of MTT was used to observe the prolifernation of lymphocytes; the function of macrophage in abdominal cavity was measured; the spectrophotometric determination was adopted to evaluate the ability of antibody producing cell; the delayed-type hypersensitivity response of mice ear skin were monitored.Results:Our results showed that it could enhance immunologic function of tumor-loading mice. Conclusion:Polysaccharide of Ficus carica possesses action of immunologic enhancement
