| 摘 要： | 对20世纪动荡的历史的反思，促成了生命伦理的兴起和国际法在当代的统一。在科学和经济飞速发展的时代，人类应该如何生存下去，人类应该如何建立与自然界的关系，这既是生命伦理的核心问题，也是当代国际法的出发点。在此基点指引之下，国际法正在建立起一系列人类共同的行为规范，以寻求人与人、人与自然的共生共存的路径。

| Abstract: | Looking back to the history of the 20th century contributes to the rise of bioethics and the unification of international law on the present age.In the times of rapid scientific and economic development,it is either a core issue of bioethics or a starting point of international law that how humans should survive and establish a relationship with the nature.And a series of common behavior criteria for human being are being or will being established to seek a co-existent path between peoples as well as between human being and nature. |
