甲状腺功能低下患者血脂异常变化调查分析

目的调查甲状腺功能低下患者血脂测定的变化特征,探讨甲状腺功能低下患者与血脂异常患者相互间的关系。方法甲状腺功能低下组患者157例,其中男64例,女93例;平均年龄47.8岁。178例无甲状腺功能异常的健康体检的教工血标本为对照组,其中女108例,男70例;平均年龄48.2岁。比较2组人群血脂异常的患病率和其他指标。结果甲状腺功能低下组68例血脂异常(42.7%),其中任何一项指标高都视为异常,对照组29例(16.2%)血脂异常。2组比较差异有统计学意义,P0.05。女性、老年(50岁以上)及甲状腺功能低下患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低与总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇增高等相关。结论甲状腺功能低下患者血脂异常患病率高于对照组,需重视血脂及甲状腺功能的常规检查。

Hypothyroidism in patients with abnormal biood lipid changes of investigation and analysis

Objective Investigation of thyroid dysfunction in patients with blood lipid measurement variation. Of hypothyroidism in patients with dyslipidemia between patients.Methods 157 cases of patients with thyroid dysfunction,64 cases of them were male,female 93 cases. The average age of 47.8 years.178 patients without abnormal thyroid function of the faculty of health examination of blood samples for the control group,108 cases of them women,male and 70 cases, with an average age of 48.2 years. Comparison of two groups was the prevalence of dyslipidemia and other indicators.Results The results of thyroid dysfunction group, 68 cases of dyslipidemia (42.7%) of any of a high as extraordinary. The control group 29 cases(16.2%), dyslipidemia and differences between two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Female, aged 50 years of age or older and thyroid dysfunction in patients with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol reduction and total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased relevant.Conclusion Hypothyroidism prevalence of dyslipidemia in patients than in healthy control group, blood lipids and thyroid function need to attach importance to the routine examination.
