我院抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的:了解我院抗菌药物的整体使用情况,分析其使用合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2003年1月1日～2005年12月31日期间抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:三年间抗生素类药的销售金额占全年西药、中成药药品销售总金额的比率呈逐年下降趋势,抗菌药物使用率约为69%,联合用药率约为39%,药敏试验率仅为11.5%。结论:我院抗生素的使用中还存在许多问题,应加强对抗生素合理使用的监督、检查及规范化管理。

Analysis of the antibiotic application in our hospital

Objective:To find out the total application of the antibiotics in our hospital and analyze the rationality to provide references for proper clinical utilization.Methods:A statistical analysis about the antibiotic application in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2005 was carried out.Results:During these three years,a descendent tendency in the percentage of the antibiotic consumption sum to total drug consumption sum has appeared.The rate of antibiotic usage was about 69%,the rate of concomitant administration was about 39%,and the testing rate of drug bacterial resistance was only 11.5%.Conclusion:There are still a lot of problems in the application of the antibiotics in our hospital.It is necessary to strengthen the control audit and standardized administration of the antibiotic application.
