| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性阑尾炎并发门静脉炎的临床特点。提高临床诊治水平。方法：1994年7月至2001年8月中收治的1450例急性阑尾炎中，5例并发门静脉炎的，均使用手术方法。结果：这5例病人均痊愈。结论：早期诊断，综合治疗是提高急性阑尾炎并发门静脉炎治愈率的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristic of acute appendicitis complicated by pylephlebitis,to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment and to improve the therapy.Methods:In 1450 cases of acute appendicitis underwent surgery between July 1994 and August 2001,five cases were complicated by pylephlebitis.Results:These 5 cases were treated by surgical operation.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and combined treatment are the key points to improve the curative rate of the acute appendicitis complicated by pylephlebitis. |
