乳腺肿瘤C－erbB－2表达及预后意义的研究

应用免疫组化方法、观察了１０１例乳腺肿瘤Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因的表达状况，１３例良性病变全部阴性，８８例乳腺癌中，阳性者４８例（５４．５％），阴性者４０例（４５．５％），两者间差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。还发现Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达多见于浸润性导管癌（１８／３３例）、单纯癌（２２／３４例）及浸润性小叶癌（３／１０例）。Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２在乳腺癌中的表达与肿瘤大小、分级无显著关系，而与淋巴结转移有关。５５例乳腺癌进行了随访，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性者，其死亡率（６４．５％）显著高于阴性者（１６．７％）。表明Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达和乳腺癌患者预后有关。

C-erbB-2 expression and prognostic significance in breast tumours

In study of 101 breast tumours consisting of 88 malignant and 13 benign ones, C-erbB-2 oncoprotein was immunohistochemically stained by MCC-CB11 monoclonal antibody. The results showed that all of the benign tumuors showed negative expression but 48 of the breast carcinoma (54.5%) were positive. There was very significant difference between their expressions (P<0.01) Most positive expressions were mainly present in infiltrating ductal (18/33),simple (22/34),and infiltrating lobular (3/10) types. It was found that C-erbB-2 expression was singificantly associated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) ,but not relevant to tumour size, histological grade (P>0.05). The death rate (64.5%) in C-ernN-2 positive group was much higher than that (16.7%) in negative one. The survival duration was just reverse. We conclude that C-erbB-2 oncoprotein is secondary to lymph node metastasis which is considered an important prognostic factor.
