| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液在儿童急性呼吸道感染中的疗效。方法将218例急性呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为痰热清治疗组和对照组,观察两组患儿发热、咳嗽、咯痰的临床变化。结果在使用痰热清注射液3 d后总有效率为88.0%,对照组总有效率为7 1.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 1),且对血液系统无明显影响。结论痰热清注射液具有明显的退热、止咳、祛痰作用,安全性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on acute respiratory tract infections(ARTI) in children.METHODS Totally 218 children cases with ARTI were randomly divided into Tanreqing group and control group.The fever,cough,sputum volume,and the extent of expectoration of the two groups were observed.RESULTS The incidence of clinical effect in treating group was 88.0% which was more than that of control group 71.5%(P<0.01) and had no obvious effects on the blood system.CONCLUSIONS Tanreqing injection is safe and effective in relieving fever,stopping cough and removing phlegm. |
