| Abstract: | Summary Aortic balloon valvuloplasty was performed on a three-year-old girl with severe valvar aortic stenosis. This case demonstrates excellent, nonsurgical relief of stenosis without significant complications. A new technique of simultaneous caval balloon inflow occlusion is described. |
