| 摘 要： | 分析了医疗服务市场中三个行为主体的特征及其博弈过程,进而指出医疗费用控制在医疗保险制度改革当中的地位和作用。在此基础上,提出了建立医疗费用控制的责任约束机制过程中的责任主体问题,并从医疗服务市场的供需两面分析了医疗费用控制的具体政策选择。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyzes three principle parts and the game process in the medical service market,and indicates the status and function of medical cost control in the reform of health insurance system.On the basis of these points,we put forward the responsibility part when the restricted system of medical cost control is established,and analyze the detailed policy choices regarding the supply and needs in the medical service market. |
