B超检查膀胱癌血流图像与肿瘤中血管生成关系的临床研究

目的探讨彩色多普勒检测膀胱癌血流及其与CD105标记的血管密度的关系,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法收集我院收治的112例膀胱癌患者,术前应用彩色多普勒超声检查,计算阻力指数（RI）,术后采用免疫组织化学技术检测CD105标记的微血管密度（MVD）,探讨RI及MVD在不同临床特征中的意义及RI与MVD表达的关系。结果 RI与MVD值均与肿瘤的浸润程度及肿瘤的分级有关;RI与MVD值在膀胱癌中表达呈负相关。结论手术前检测RI值可以反应膀胱癌的血管形成情况,且与肿瘤的浸润及分级相关,手术前检测RI对于判断肿瘤的预后和指导临床治疗可能具有一定价值。

The relationship study of RI and angiogenesis in bladder carcinoma
