| Abstract: | Because of the high rate of young teachers in our department, the problem of young teachers was discussed primarily in this paper. In order to train the qualified persons to teach in laboratory medicine who are fit for the modern educational demands and develop roundly, we adopt the method that they must pass three tests namely teaching test, clinical practice test and scientific research test. |
