人工硬脑膜修补材料的研究及其临床应用

摘    要:神经外科手术中,常用各种类型的生物材料替代或修补缺损的硬脑膜来保护脑组织和维持解剖学完整,并减少术后脑脊液漏、感染、癫痫等并发症的发生.近年来,随着组织工程和生物材料的不断发展,人工硬脑膜修补材料的研究也取得了很大的进展.在此就人工硬脑膜修补材料的研究进展及其临床应用进行综述.

Development and Clinical Applications of Artificial Dural Materials

Abstract:Different types of biomaterials are usually used as artificial dura mater to replace or repair dura defects in neurosurgica] operations in order to protect brain tissue and also to maintain anatomical integration. Many artificial dura maters are applied to reduce postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage, infection, epilepsy and other complications. In recent years, with rapid development in tissue engineering and biomaterials, research progress on artificial dural materials has also advanced with remarkable achievements. The development of representative artificial dural materials and their clinical applications were reviewed in this article.
