摘    要:分别采用混凝法以及混凝—吸附组合法对制药废水进行了处理试验,研究了硫酸铁混凝剂的用量及溶液pH值对混凝效果的影响。混凝实验表明,硫酸铁的最佳混凝pH值为8.3,此时硫酸铁的最佳投药量为50g.L-1。在最佳pH和投药量条件下,CODcr和浊度去除率分别是45.5%、96.2%。通过混凝—吸附的组合实验,CODcr去除率最高可达到95.5%。比较了颗粒状活性炭和粉末状活性炭两种吸附剂对制药废水的吸附效果。实验表明,颗粒状活性炭的吸附效果好于粉末状活性炭。

Abstract:Coagulation,as well as the combination of coagulation and adsorption has been adopted to treat and test the pharmaceutical wastewater.The different use levels of ferric sulfate and the effects of different pH values on coagulation were studied.Coagulation experiments show that the best pH value for ferric coagulation was 8.3,while the best dosage for ferric sulfate was 50g·L-1.Under the conditions of best pH value and the best dosage for ferric sulfate,the removal rates of CODcr and turbidity were 45.5% and 96.2% respectively.Through the combination experiment of coagulation and adsorption,the maximum removal rate of CODcr reached 95.5%.The experiments of comparing the adsorption effects of granular activated carbon and powdered activated carbon on pharmaceutical wastewater showed that the adsorption effect of granular activated carbon was better than that of powdered activated carbon.
