两种灭蟑剂联合使用对军用舰艇蜚蠊的灭效研究

目的 了解烟雾灭蟑剂与2．0％施杰灭蟑胶饵联合灭蟑效果。方法 对5艘舰艇进行现场灭蟑观察。结果 联合用药前舰艇房间最高阳性侵害率达92．31％，最高密度指数16．5，联合用药第30d后房间最高阳性侵害率下降至5．13％，密度指数下降至O．280单独使用施杰灭蟑胶饵阳性房间侵害率虽可由86．96％下降至8．70％，密度指数由最高11．3下降到0．87，但随后反弹较快，至第90d侵害率达75．00％。采用单一烟雾灭蟑剂阳性房间侵害率由84．00％下降至36．00％，密度指数也仅下降到2．28,，结论 采用联合用药进行灭蟑，其效果远高于使用单一灭蟑药效果，且进行一次灭蟑，即可保持3个月以上的低密度水平。

Study on the Effect of Combined Use of Two Formulations against Cockroaches in Military Vessels

Objective To observe the effect of combined use of two formulations against cockroaches.Methods The effect of killing cockroaches with two formulations in five military vessels were observed.Results Before the treatment with the insecticides,the highest positive rate of vessel rooms reached 92.31% and the highest density index was 16.5. The positive rate went down to 5.13% and the density index was 0.28 for 30 days after combined use of the insecticides.With one of them,Siege gel bait, the positive rate of vessel rooms decreased from 86.96% to 8.70% and the density index from 11.3 to 0.87, but there was an obvious rebound. With the other formulation A-1 thermalfog,the positive rate decreased from 84.00% to 36.00% and the density index went down to 2.28. Conclusion Combined use of the two insecticides could obtain much better efficacy than the use of each insecticide alone,and low density level of cockroaches can be maintained as long as three months.
