| 摘 要： | 同源盒基因(HOX)是一类控制胚胎发育和细胞分化的调节基因,参与造血干/祖细胞的增殖、分化、成熟等的调控。HOX基因A簇是造血干/祖细胞增殖分化的主控基因,可影响造血干细胞的数量,参与造血干细胞向红系、粒系、巨核系与淋巴系的分化,并可能是导致白血病发病的靶基因。现就有关HOX基因A簇及其与白血病的关系研究进展综述如下。
