2009年-2011年某三甲医院门诊胃食道反流性疾病治疗药物的用药分析

目的：了解医院胃食道反流性疾病（GERD）治疗药物的使用情况．为临床合理用药提供依据与参考。方法：对某三甲医院2009年-2011年治疗GERD的药物使用数据进行统计分析。结果：治疗GERD药物销售金额近3年来逐年增长．PPI销售金额及构成比排列第1，各种治疗GERD药物销售金额的前5位PPI亦占据其3。表明门诊胃食道反流病的药物使用合理．与治疗该病的常规治疗大致相同。结论：GERD的患病率不断上升，深入研究治疗胃食道反流性疾病的用药十分重要。治疗GERD不仅需要合理用药，而且要符合疗效好、价格低的要求。

Analysis of the Utilization of GERD Treatment Medicine in Our Hospital form 2009 to 2o12

Object： To understand the hospital utilization of GERD medications and to provide a basis for reference. Methods： GERD drug sale data at the first affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen university from 2009 to201 lwere analyzed. Results： The investigation showed that sales amount of drugs for GERD treatment increased year by year.The sales amount and shares of PPI were top one among all drugs used in GERD and occupied three positions in the top five most consumed drugs for GERD. Data indicated that GERD medications were reasonable in our hospital, and treatment of the disease roughly followed the same routine treatment. Conclusion： As the prevalence of GERD, in-depth research for drug use and treatment of GERD is very important. Treatment of GERD needs not only rational drug use, but also consideration of curative effect, cost and so on.
