| 摘 要： | 目的：评价重庆地区医院喹诺酮类抗菌药物的应用情况和发展趋势．为临床用药提供参考。方法：统计分析重庆地区20家医院2009年-2011年喹诺酮类抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度，日均费用等数据。结果：重庆地区2009年-2011年抗喹诺酮类抗菌药物销售金额基本持平，销售金额排序前3位的是左氧氟沙星．加替沙星、莫西沙星．用药频度排序前3位的是左氧氟沙星．司帕沙星、加替沙星。结论：在重庆地区应用的喹诺酮类抗菌药物中，左氧氟沙星的应用占主导地位．莫西沙星的应用呈逐年上升趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical application of quinolones in the hospitals of Chongqing City for the clinical references on rational administration. Methods： Statistical analysis on the application of quinolones in hospitals of CbongqingCity from 2009 to 2011 was conducted in terms of consumption sum, administration frequency, daily costs, etc. Results： Consumption sum ofquinolones in the period of 2009-2011 was stable. During this period, the top three most consumed quinolones were levofloxacin, gatifloxacin, moxifloxacin. The top three most frequently used quinolones were levofloxacin, sparfloxacin and gatifloxacin. Conclusion： Levofloxacin was the dominant quinolone in clinic. Moxifloxacin would have a broad prospect in clinic therapy. |
