| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骑跨上矢状窦硬膜外血肿的手术时机、手术方式。方法：回顾性分析总结16例跨矢状窦硬膜外血肿的诊疗过程。结果：完全恢复11例，轻瘫2例，重残1例，死亡2例。结论：跨上矢状窦硬膜外血肿掌握好合适的手术适应证、手术方式，可获得满意的疗效。跨窦骨瓣可明显提高止血效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the operative time and mode of extradural hematoma straddle superior sagittal sinus.Methods:The therapy dates of 16 cases with extradural hematoma straddle superior sagittal sinus were analyzed retrospectively.Results:11 cases completely recovered,while 2 cases were mild paralysis and 1 case was heavy disablement.2 cases were dead.Conclusion:Good curative effect would achieve if the proper indications and operative mode were grasped in the therapy of extradural hematoma saddle superior ... |
